Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grow Your Clinic's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Grow Your Clinic provides marketing consulting, patient acquisition systems, and AI automation services for telemedicine clinics. Services are delivered as described in individual service agreements signed at time of engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary medical licenses, regulatory approvals, and legal authorizations required to operate a telemedicine clinic in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring your operations comply with HIPAA, LegitScript, and all applicable federal and state laws.

You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep us informed of material changes to your business.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are as specified in your service agreement. Payments are due as outlined therein.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment after reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and methodologies we develop remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and patient information specific to your clinic.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or lost patients.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, patient volumes, or ROAS figures.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement per the terms specified therein.

Upon termination, you retain all assets and accounts created specifically for your clinic.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Governing law is the State of Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
